Does Douglas Laboratories custom label product?

Yes, Douglas Laboratories provides a variety of labeling options. Let our creative, in-house graphics department help you personalize your nutritional products through your own label design. The customized label (YL) design offers you a unique label on which you may incorporate your logo or any other image you wish. Our graphics department is happy to offer their expertise in helping you grow your brand through custom labeling.
 

Our Graphics and Technical Service Departments offer the following:
            • Compliance Review of the Supplement Facts Box
            • Proof Reading
            • Color Matching
            • Company Branding (Logos/Corporate Identity)
            • Redesign or New Design for a Label
            • Consistency Throughout a Product Line
            • Pre-Press and Printing Recommendations
 
This service, at a minimal charge for the printing of the labels, is available to customers for quantities as low as 12 bottles on any of Douglas Laboratories' Premier Products. Customized labeling offers exclusivity to your practice dispensary or outlet of your choice, and will allow you to have your own unique look that patients will automatically associate with health and wellness.

How are Douglas Laboratories products different from other nutritional supplements on the market?

Our products are manufactured in accordance with cGMPs (current good manufacturing practices) for Nutritional Supplements in accordance with USP/AOAC. Our in house laboratories are ISO 9001 certified and ISO 17025 accredited. Raw materials used in the manufacturing of our products are in full compliance with the Public Health and Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, assuring safety and uninterrupted flow of raw materials. Our VCP (Vendor Certification Program) ensures raw material safety and quality.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

Shipping is free for all Douglas product orders over $300.00.  For orders under $300.00, please add $10.00 for shipping.  All orders outside of our 1-2 day UPS delivery zone ship by UPS 2-3 day at no additional charge.  Free shipping applies to all Douglas labeled product orders only.

Our computerized shipping service ensures your orders are delivered quickly, efficiently and economically.  We ship all orders from one of our USA or European distribution centers.  Our shipping system's up-to-the-minute tracking of every package leaving our warehouse eliminates unnecessary delays.  Shipping F.O.B. Pittsburgh.


7) Do you offer overnight delivery service?
Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge.

What is your return policy?

Due to  FDA cGMP’s Final Rule (21 CFR 111), Douglas Laboratories will be updating our return policy effective July 1, 2009 to ensure compliance as detailed below:
 
In keeping  with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that the customer notify Douglas Laboratories and request a return good authorization within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Upon approval, returns must be shipped to our facility within 48 hours.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and cost of return shipping.  Returns may only be made on house label products (XL); no returns will be accepted on private or custom labeled products, custom formulas or custom convenience packs.

9) What form of payment do you accept?
First time orders are pre paid with a credit card. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are all welcome. Credit terms of 30 days may be established upon approval by completing our credit application. Allow two to three weeks for credit approval with allowances for possible delays when checking references.

10) Do you have a minimum dollar requirement to order?
You can set up an account and purchase as little as one bottle of our house label product.

11) Do you have an automatic shipment program?
Yes. For your convenience Douglas Laboratories has established an auto ship program. Contact our Customer Service Department at1-800-245-4440 to learn more about this option.
